EZJOB Sales gives you the information you need to manage the most important aspect of your business - your cash flow. Manual invoices can be distributed to any number of jobs and revenue codes or to general ledger accounts. Invoice detail is retained for as long as you need it. Retainage is tracked by invoice to allow tighter control. Receipts can be posted to any number of cash accounts. Invoices from AIA Billings are entered automatically into Acccounts Receivable.
