No, the support agreement is entirely optional. EZJOB Enterprise comes with 16 hours of free training included in our
purchase price and the support agreement is highly encouraged, but NOT required.

2. If I purchase EZJOB Enterprise, are the customizations included in the purchase price?

The base price does not include any customizations. All customizations are quoted based on the estimated design
time. EZJOB Enterprise customers can request customizations after purchasing as long as they have signed
a support agreement.

3. How do I transfer my old accounting data into EZJOB?

We will work with you to transfer as much information into EZJOB as possible. Typically
it is very easy to transfer customers, vendors, chart of accounts, etc. |

4. What are the system requirements for EZJOB?

EZJOB runs on Windows 2000, Windows XP, and Windows Vista operating systems. The minimum hardware requirements are
a Pentium 500-megahertz processor (or higher)
and 128 megabytes of RAM (or higher).
