Lookup Forms
The key to EZJOB's rapid data entry lies in the lookup forms. The lookup forms are first filled with
all the items in the list; however, as you begin to type the list will be filtered to match whatever
you type. For instance, if you lookup up vendors and you type 'Mar', then only the vendors that
have 'Mar' Company Name or Vendor ID will be shown. If you type 'Martin', then only vendors with 'Martin' will
be shown. So, the more you type, the more that list of vendors is filtered.
You can quickly reduce the list to very few, or only the one entry you are looking for.
