There are several of these "notes" boxes on various forms in the EZJOB program. They are used to record virtually unlimited amounts of text. If you want to get to a "new line" within that box, you need to press the Ctrl-Enter key combination. That is to say, hold down the Ctrl key, while pressing the Enter key. This will keep you in the box, but take you down one line, where you can continue to type whatever you want.
