I have an employee that is salaried, but I want to spread her salary to three GL accounts. Can I do this?

Yes. There are two options. You can manually create three distributions on your employee's timecard (not the best option). Or, on the Employee File form, there is a tab "Salary Allocation". You can add allocation lines that can go straight to the GL or to a Job and CostCode. The percentage must total 100% in order to save the record. edited by admin on 7/21/2008

Sorry, probably should have given more info. When you are entering time, there is a hyperlink on the timecard form called import salaried employees. When you import your salaried employees, EZJOB will automatically create the three distributions for you.

I was unaware of the import salaried employees option. Is that a new feature or have I just been overlooking it? That will save me some time
