on the Job Specifications form / Contract Info tab, there is a field "assign manual percent complete". What is that for?

there are times when you may want to override the computed percent complete (cost-to-date / total-estimated-cost) with a percent complete that you believe to be more accurate. Check the box on this field and enter the percent complete you want.
