on the Company Defaults form, there is a States Info tab. What is that used for?

for each state in which you work, you will need to set up that state code in the States Info tab area. For each state you enter there, you will store your company's State Tax Id, current state unemployment tax rate, the unemployment tax accrual and expense accounts, and if applicable, the state tax withholding accrual account. This must exist before you run a payroll with time recorded in that state.
