Okay, this is a pretty sweet AIA sytem...just wanted to let you guys know that!
My question is as follows. I see that you allow change orders on my detail lines, which is nice....but it can get a little confusing at times trying to track down exactly how the line amount is calculated. Is this just something I have to get used to?

Yeah, a lot of people choose to create new billing lines and prefix the line number with a C or CO. Then they enter zero for the scheduled value and add change orders to the new line. I hope that makes sense? In either case, it works just fine. I have noticed that most people like to create a new billing line though.
