When I try to post the journal that is created after closing a job (or a few jobs) I get a message saying it can't post because the job is inactive? I've been able to do this before, but now I can't? Anything to do with this latest update?

Hmmm, I can't seem to reproduce this issue? Are you trying to post other journals at the same time? If so, what type of journals are you posting with the job-closing journal? Do the journals reference jobs?
Let me know!

That was the problem! I had some other journals that had not been posted before I closed the job. I opened up the job again and then posted those journals. Then I went in a posted the closing journal. My mistake! But come on guys a little more descriptive error message would have been helpful I think you've heard me say that once or twice, right!!!

Amy, I'm glad you figured it out - and yes, more descriptive error messages would help! We are constantly working to make EZJOB as user friendly as possible! I will make sure to get some good error messaging in that process asap
