We have added functionality in this latest release to enter timecards using our new online portal. Feel free to play around with the demo company. You can log in by using the following credentials:
Company: clockwork
User Name: admin
Password: admin
We've also added the ability to add "payments at the time of purchase" to existing checks. Also, you can now add records from any lookup field by press CTL A. For instance, if you are on a Customer ID field and you press CTL A, you will automatically get redirected to the customers form awaiting the new customer. Finally, Certified Payroll reports now have the option of hiding sensitive customer information, if that is required.
I am updating this post to include a bug fix on the Enter Receipts form. When entering a receipt without applying the receipt to ANY invoices, EZJOB would occassionally run into problems. This is no longer the case.
