Adam - We have discussed this with Tom. Need more info. Is it possible to spread salaried employee time over multiple job cost codes? That way their time can be billed correctly per job.

Joyce, you have the feature (you have used it already) that allows you to do just that. You can spread a salaried employees amount to any number of jobs / cost codes based on hours worked. So, I may not be understanding your question?

Refresh my memory. Did I use it when entering "old" payroll? I don't remember how when entering time for current payroll.

Found the salary spread. Next problem. Remember when we discussed the issue of the Boss's OT and how we wanted it charged to the jobs and not the GL? You had said the program would take his salary, break it down to hourly rate and calulate amount by the number of hours worked on each job and post? The payroll is only dividing his salary amount by the number of hours worked. This posts an incorrect amount to the job. Can you correct?
