I must say this is a pretty cool update! We have added a company calendar to EZJOB so you can schedule appointments and meeting for yourself and view other user's calendars as well. Administrators have access to every user's calendar. You can view the calendar by day, 5-day week, 7-day week, or month. There is a print preview feature as well as an option to print the calendar. You can also set reminders for your appointments.
To view the calendar, go to the File menu and select the Company Calendar option. If you have any questions, feel free to reply to this thread or give us a call.
